How to Run 7,777 Kilometers

7,777 kilometers – the distance from Vietnam to Europe. It sounds extraordinary. But it didn’t come from exceptional talent or rare bursts of brilliance. It came from habit.

6 years, 3 months, 5 days. Not every day was perfect – but every day was a chance to begin.

No complicated formula. Happy, I ran. Free, I ran. Feeling good, I ran. Feeling low, I ran harder. Traveling, I laced up at dawn and covered a few kilometers before the city woke. On business trips, a morning run taught me more about a place than any meeting could.

Step by step. Breath by breath. Day after day.

Then I looked back: 872 hours, averaging 6:43 per kilometer. Not fast, not slow – just consistent enough to go far.

The most meaningful thing was never the number. It was the consistency that turned me into someone who doesn’t quit. I didn’t need to start big. I just needed to start – and never stop.

Ahaalife – A life worth living.
