Every elder I’ve asked – people who’ve lived sixty, seventy years – shares the same view: everything happens exactly when it needs to. What feels like misfortune is really a stepping stone. The universe is a master weaver, using both dark threads (suffering) and golden threads (joy) to weave a perfect tapestry of a life.

The Buddha taught: “All things are created by the mind.” If your mind believes in perfection, you’ll see perfection even within adversity. Understand that “loss” is only temporary – the premise for a more lasting “gain.” Accept that you’re walking a path already calculated by the boundless intelligence of the universe, and you’ll arrive at a state of ease.
Ease isn’t sitting idle and waiting. It’s giving your full effort without being crushed by the outcome – because whatever the result, it’s the best possible thing for your growth right now, and for the growth still to come.
Healing Through the Law of Compensation
To fully move past wounds – physical, material, or spiritual – the one remedy is faith in perfection.
For the body: if you’re facing illness, trust that your body is a small universe capable of miraculous self-healing; live in step with nature. For material matters: if you’re struggling financially, keep planting seeds of hard work and kindness – the universe never leaves a debt owed to someone diligent and honest. For the spirit: if you’re lonely, return to loving yourself; when you radiate a frequency of ease, the universe will connect you with matching frequencies.
